Yes — Mathra AI has a generous free tier that lets you solve problems daily with step-by-step explanations. Mathra Pro unlocks unlimited solves, advanced AI explanations, graphing, offline mode, and priority support. Manage your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account.

iOS: Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → Mathra AI → Cancel Subscription.

Android: Open Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Mathra AI → Cancel.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain Pro access until then.

Refunds are processed by Apple or Google, not directly by us.

iOS: Visit reportaproblem.apple.com and select the Mathra AI charge.

Android: Open Google Play → Profile → Payment & subscriptions → Budget & history → find the Mathra AI transaction and request a refund.

Go to App Settings → Account → Delete Account. This will permanently delete your profile, learning history, and all associated data within 30 days. Alternatively, email privacy@mathra.ai with the subject line "Account Deletion Request".

Basic problem-solving requires an internet connection as it uses our cloud AI. Mathra Pro includes an offline mode for previously accessed content and a limited on-device solver for common problem types.

Yes! Mathra AI is designed to be safe and educational for learners of all ages. For children under 13, parental consent is required to create an account. Parents can manage their child's account and request data deletion at any time. We comply with COPPA and applicable children's privacy regulations. See our Privacy Policy for details.
